About these terms
These terms explain the conditions for using MatchPredictionLab, including its website, accounts, analysis conversations and paid analysis credits. Read them together with our Privacy Policy before creating an account or making a purchase.
MatchPredictionLab is an AI-assisted football information service. It does not operate a bookmaker, accept wagers, hold betting balances or place bets on your behalf. References to teams, leagues and betting platforms do not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use this service in your location. Do not use the service where access or the intended activity is prohibited.
Provide accurate registration and payment information, keep your profile current and protect your sign-in credentials. Do not share passwords, impersonate another person or create accounts to obtain repeated trial credits. You are responsible for activity you authorise through your account.
Understanding AI analysis
Selections, score estimates, explanations and confidence scores are generated by AI and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are informational opinions, not promises of a result, profit or betting advantage. Model confidence is an uncalibrated assessment, not a verified probability of winning.
Historical market data used in model development does not establish the accuracy of an individual prediction. Past results do not guarantee future performance. You should evaluate the underlying information and make your own decisions.
Match information and market changes
An individual screenshot analysis uses the image and context you provide. The current analysis integration does not independently retrieve live statistics, injury reports or lineups. Historical model training is separate from a live match feed.
Odds, scores, match conditions and market availability can change after a screenshot is taken. Check the current information and settlement rules with the relevant source. A bookmaker’s own rules govern any bet you place with it.
Your uploads and conversations
Upload only content you own or have permission to use. Supported uploads are one football fixture screenshot in JPG, PNG, WebP or GIF format, up to 5 MB. A readable image with visible teams and markets helps the service interpret your request.
You retain any rights you hold in your uploads. You authorise us to store and process that content and send the content needed for analysis to our AI provider to provide the service. This permission does not transfer ownership of your content to us.
Remove account balances, payment details, private messages and unnecessary personal information before uploading. Do not upload passwords, identity documents, unlawful content or another person’s confidential information.
Trial and paid analysis credits
New accounts receive three trial screenshot analysis credits. One completed screenshot analysis uses one credit. Credits provide access to analysis; they are not stakes, winnings or a promise of a successful prediction.
The price, currency and credit amount are displayed before checkout. Review them before paying. Purchased credits are added after the payment provider confirms the transaction. Trial credits have no cash value. A credit purchase is not a recurring subscription.
Payments, failed requests and refunds
Payments are processed through Paystack. Your payment method may be subject to your provider’s own charges or terms. Keep your transaction reference so a payment can be traced if credits do not appear.
The service is designed to return the analysis credit when processing fails after a credit has been deducted. Returning a service credit is different from refunding a payment to your bank or payment method.
Credit purchases are final and non-refundable, including unused credits and changes of mind, except where a refund is required by applicable law. An unfavourable match result does not mean a completed analysis was not delivered. Nothing in these terms removes any refund, cancellation or remedy rights you have under applicable consumer law. Duplicate charges, undelivered purchases and other billing issues should be reviewed against the transaction record.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to commit fraud, harass others, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, or distribute malicious content. Do not bypass access controls, attempt to access another account, interfere with availability or extract credentials.
Do not automate abusive requests, manipulate credit balances or payment confirmations, or misrepresent AI output as a guaranteed outcome or an independently verified result. We may restrict misuse to protect users and the service.
Service content and intellectual property
The MatchPredictionLab name, interface, software and original service materials remain the property of their respective rights holders. Access to the service does not give you ownership of its software or branding.
You may review and use your analysis for your own decision-making. AI output may resemble output produced for other users and may contain third-party material. Check rights and accuracy before republishing or commercially reusing it.
Availability and service changes
We aim to provide a working service, but access may be interrupted by maintenance, technical problems or third-party outages. Features, supported markets and interfaces may change. We do not promise uninterrupted access or a particular response time.
Changes to future pricing will be shown before checkout. Statutory rights concerning purchases already made remain unaffected.
Suspension and ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. Signing out or removing the installed app does not delete your account or saved records. Requests concerning personal information are addressed in the Privacy Policy.
Access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address fraud, a security threat, unlawful activity or a material breach of these terms. Any remaining purchase-related rights are subject to applicable law; suspension does not automatically remove those rights.
Your decisions and our responsibilities
Betting can result in financial loss. Set limits, do not chase losses and only risk money you can afford to lose. You decide whether to act on an analysis. MatchPredictionLab does not manage your funds or control sporting outcomes.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not accept responsibility for betting losses or expected profits arising from reliance on AI predictions. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer protections that cannot lawfully be excluded, including responsibility for fraud.
Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains how account information, uploads, conversations and transaction records are handled. Analysis and payment processing require selected information to be sent to the relevant providers.
External websites, Google sign-in and payment services have their own terms and privacy notices. Review those notices when using their services.
Changes, questions and disputes
We may update these terms as the service develops. The revision date identifies the version shown here. Where the law requires additional notice or agreement for a material change, that requirement applies.
For a service or payment issue, retain the relevant account email, analysis reference or payment reference. Never send your password or full payment credentials when seeking help. Your mandatory consumer rights and access to the courts or regulators available under applicable law are preserved.
