Choose your credits

Standard screenshot analysis uses one credit. Model-specific costs can differ when configured; check the model cost before submitting. New accounts receive three trial credits. Purchases are one-time top-ups, not recurring subscriptions.

You can also choose any whole number from 5 to 500 credits. Checkout uses your account currency and the current per-credit rate. Currency and payment-method availability depend on Paystack checkout; this table does not promise every method is available in every region.

Purchase and delivery

Sign in, complete your country and age details, then choose a quantity in Credits. Paystack handles payment on its checkout. Review the exact amount and available payment options there. Credits are added after the provider confirms a successful payment, rather than when checkout opens.

• MPL Basic (default): 1 credit per successful analysis

Using and tracking credits

A request reserves the required credits when processing starts. A successful result keeps the deduction; a caught processing failure returns the service credits. A service interruption can require support reconciliation. Returning credits is different from refunding a payment. Visit Credits to view your remaining balance and activity.

The current backend has no credit-expiry mechanism. Credits are service units; they cannot be wagered, withdrawn as cash or exchanged for winnings.

Purchased credits that have not been used are eligible for a refund if you contact support within 24 hours of purchase. Credits used for a completed analysis are not refundable. This does not limit any refund or remedy rights required by applicable consumer law.
